All about the AVP

AURA Volunteer Program workers contribute ten hours of their festival weekend to take part in the behind-the-scenes action that is Aura Music & Arts Festival. From catering to stage-work, the AVP team helps makes it happen.

How to sign up

• Fill out our application form before February 1st, 2012
• Let us know a little about yourself, your experience, and what you’d like to help us out with.
• Pay your FULLY REFUNDABLE* ticket deposit of $75.00 with a credit card.
• Volunteers must work a minimum of 10 hours, if you cannot commit, then do not apply
• Come to Aura, work your scheduled shifts, totaling ten hours, and have a great time!

*In order to receive your refund, you must work all ten hours scheduled to you competently and professionally. If all work hours are not completed, no refund will be permitted and your card will be charged for a full-price ticket.

Volunteer requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to apply to Volunteer
• Must have a positive, hard-working mentality
• Must have appropriate dress/shoes for the job you are assigned
• Must be on time for every assigned shift
